季節外れの投稿です。

昨年１２月に京丹波のファイナルビーストさんのイベントに参加してきました。

 

その前日です。
雪の予報を知り、
慌ててタイヤチェーンを買いにオートバックスまで。

タイヤチェーンなら何でもいいと考えていたら甘かった。

ジムニーのタイヤは特殊で、
それに見合う形状のタイヤチェーンは限られていました。

数千円で買えると思っていましたが、１万円越してしまいました。

実際に購入したのはカーメイトのタイヤチェーンです。

型番：QE１２


 

ジムニーJB64のノーマルタイヤサイズ
175/80 R16です。

 

箱の中身はこんな感じです。
・付属品
取り付けマニュアル（紙とDVD）
作業用の軍手
締め付け用の赤い取手（勝手に命名、、、名前がわからず）

この赤い取手はこのようにブッ刺して使います。

セッティングの練習もしました。
なんとかハメてますが、結構苦労しました。

 

この時点では知らずに前輪に付けてますが、
実際にはFRなので後輪につけるのが正しいですね。

 


４WDなので、４輪すべてにつけるべきですが、
お金も無いし、雪道走るのは年にあるか無いかなので、
今回は後輪だけで・・・

京丹波は雪でした。
とにかく寒かった〜

京丹波は雪がえげつなかった、、、

久しぶりの雪で
「イ〜ヌは喜び、庭かけまわり〜」

の状態で、いい歳のオッチャンが
テンション上がりまくりでした。

そのような状況でも
タイヤチェーン巻くほどでもなく

４WDにすると車両も安定して安心して走れました。
ジムニー購入して良かった。

本当に頼もしいクルマです。

  • Katie, thank you. I too believe the cause is not solely from the addict/alcoholic lighting the latch or twisting the bottle cap. We simply need a longer more extensive, but fun recovery program in place. And we must stop dumping 35-45-55-65 year old alcoholics and drug addicts into group therapy discussion circles with their peers in treatment that are 30-40 years younger. Faustino Estronza
